When you will ship my order?
Generally orders placed before 2:00 PM will be shipped that same day. Our preferred shipping method is UPS. This applies to orders shipped in the continental USA. For air shipments and foreign shipments it is best to tell us what shipper to use. Additional charges will apply.

How much cost shipping?
Shipping and handling within the continental US is $ 6.95 for the orders up to 2.0 lbs. Orders over $100 will be shipped free (continental USA only). Please contact us if you have any questions.

Will you charge tax?
We will charge 8.375% Sales Tax ONLY on orders placed from New York State.

What is your return policy?
You can return your order for any reason within 2 weeks from the time of delivery. Products have to be in the original (new) condition and packaging. We will refund the cost of your order minus shipping charges.
